
Earlier this morning, Baltimore Police were called to Canton, where a man had been shot during what is believed to be a burglary at a local jewelry shop. According to FOX Baltimore, the incident occurred on the 2200 block of Fleet Street near South Madeira Street, and officers made the somber discovery at around 2:15 a.m.
Upon arrival, the victim, a 39-year-old man, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was unresponsive. Despite the urgency of the situation, the victim was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital, details that echo the accounts given by WBALTV.
