According to the Boston Police Department, he has been notified that he will face summoning for trafficking fentanyl.

The Acura driver, 22-year-old Kevin Reyes-Martinez from Chestnut Hill, did not fare much better; during a subsequent vehicle stop, law enforcement recovered items consistent with the drug distribution trade including cash, baggies and cell phones, and he was arrested on the spot. The arrest took place near the intersection of Tremont and Ruggles Streets, where Reyes-Martinez was charged with trafficking fentanyl and conspiracy to violate drug laws, as documented in the official release from the Boston Police.

Reyes-Martinez, who is now charged with trafficking approximately 19 grams of a substance believed to be fentanyl, is set for arraignment at Boston Municipal Court.
