Jackson holds a degree in Fire Protection Technology from Mitchell Community College and is originally from Statesville. His promotion reflects his years of dedication and growing leadership within the department.
With nearly a decade of service, Captain Jackson now takes on increased responsibilities in his new role, continuing his commitment to serving the Charlotte community.
