For National First Responders Day, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) posted on social media about emergency personnel from various disciplines. The post also referenced the 2025 Multi-Jurisdictional Active Violence Training and the participation of multiple first responder agencies.
Highlighting the event held earlier this month, CMPD noted the coordination among multiple agencies, including law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services (EMS), and dispatch units. "To the men and women who run toward what others run away from, every single day, we salute you," CMPD stated in a social media post.
