
Last Saturday, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested seven suspects at a vacation property in Welches, Oregon, in connection with a residential burglary in unincorporated Clackamas County last Tuesday that involved over $200,000 in stolen property. Authorities recovered a variety of stolen items and identified the suspects, including Luis Felipe Bedoya Martinez and Johan H. Buitrago, aged 24 to 49, following a tip from an out-of-state law enforcement agency, as reported by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
The operation involved coordination with the Clackamas County Interagency SWAT Team, the Crisis Negotiation Team, and the Washington County Tactical Negotiations Team. The suspects face charges including Burglary in the First Degree, Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, as stated by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office on their Facebook page, the office is investigating a series of burglaries and believes the suspects may be involved in additional crimes.
