In the previous year, the collective efforts of these deputies were both laudable and impactful, amassing "a record-setting $31,221 for our local athletes — the most ever raised in Clay County history," as cited from their recent Clay County Sheriff's Office's Facebook post. This year's iteration of the event not only seeks to potentially surpass last year's feat but also aims to further strengthen the bonds within the community by bringing people together in a shared space of generosity and goodwill.
