Tragedy struck on Live Oak Street in Dallas when a domestic dispute escalated into a fatal encounter. According to the Dallas Police Department, 57-year-old Delia Duron was the victim of a stabbing on September 29, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Duron was allegedly attacked by 48-year-old Damion Soloman at their residence on the 4500 block of Live Oak Street, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Following the incident, Duron was rushed to a nearby hospital, but despite efforts to save her life, she succumbed to her injuries last Saturday. Damion Soloman, who had initially been charged with Aggravated Assault Family Violence with Deadly Weapon, saw his charges upgraded in light of Duron's death. He now faces a charge of Murder, and he remains incarcerated at Dallas County Jail.
