Milwaukee Street in Janesville will be closed to traffic between South River Street and South Main Street today from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.. The closure will allow city crews to complete scheduled roadwork in the area, according to an announcement from the City of Janesville.
Detours will be in place throughout the day. Eastbound drivers should head south on South River Street, east on West Court Street, and north on South Main Street to return to Milwaukee Street. Westbound drivers can follow the reverse route—south on South Main Street, west on West Court Street, and north on South River Street.
