The City Beautiful Commission in Dearborn has recognized 15 businesses in its 2025 Business Standard of Excellence program. The awards highlight businesses with well-maintained facades, landscaping, signage, and exterior improvements.
According to an announcement on the City of Dearborn's website, the selected businesses represent six districts and include Studio 22 Salon and Beauty, the AT&T Store, and Roman Village. All honored businesses are in good standing with the city and hold valid certificates of occupancy. Each will receive a citation, a congratulatory letter, and an invitation to a celebration dinner scheduled for early next year.
The Business Standard of Excellence program is part of broader efforts by the City Beautiful Commission to promote property upkeep in Dearborn. Other initiatives include the Summer Residential Standard of Excellence Awards, sustainable landscaping programs, partnerships with schools to promote environmental practices, and anti-littering campaigns.
The Commission, appointed by Mayor Hammoud, continues to use these programs to encourage high standards for residential and commercial properties across the city.
