If a veteran receives their vaccine at a non-VA facility, it’s crucial to inform their VA provider of the date and location. Flu shots have been available at the main medical center and community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) since September 29. Veterans can walk into their VA Primary Care Clinic on any weekday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to get vaccinated, making it a simple and convenient process.
