The Dublin Police Department is stepping up its game in law enforcement leadership by joining a new national accreditation initiative, the Consortium to Advance Police Supervision (CAPS), which is geared towards establishing best practices while fostering accountability and boosting the public's trust in the boys and girls in blue.
Selected as one of 65 agencies to pilot this ambitious program, the Dublin PD has put forth Sergeant Devin Howard as their champion in this quest for improved policing policies, according to a statement posted on the City of Dublin's official website.
