Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s team apprehended Kyla Viereck, who had an active warrant, during a routine patrol on the East Side. The arrest took place in the 14900 block of IH-45 through coordinated efforts between the East Side Patrol Division and the Constable’s K9 Division, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Viereck was wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for possession of a controlled substance, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. "Kyla Viereck was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Montgomery County has requested a No Bond to be set out of the 221st District Court," Constable Herman’s office stated.
