Eataly is planning to open its first Houston location at the Centre at Post Oak near the Galleria. The 20,050-square-foot space is in a neighborhood with stores like Marshalls-Home Goods and Morton’s The Steakhouse. Construction is set to start in January 2026 and is expected to take nine months, finishing around September 2026, according to KHOU.
Eataly plans to renovate its location at 5000 Westheimer Rd. in Houston with an $11.5 million investment, as reported by Houston Chronicle. The project will include restaurants, specialty markets, and culinary classrooms, with construction starting in January 2026 and completion expected by fall 2026. Designs are being handled by Gensler, and Eataly has not released further details
Eataly, which has locations in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Boston, and Dallas, is opening a new market in Houston. Renovation details may change, based on TDLR filings. The Houston location is expected to open in fall next year and will include Italian dining and a grocery section.
