A fatal crash at 15000 Old Humble Road on Sunday around 11:10 p.m. killed a 50-year-old man. The crash involved a white GMC Denali and a maroon Harley Davidson motorcycle, and the victim’s name is being withheld until family are notified, according to the City of Houston.
The Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer N. Solomon said a motorcycle heading east on North Sam Houston Parkway East ran a red light and hit a northbound GMC. The motorcyclist was ejected, taken to a hospital, and later pronounced dead, while the GMC occupants were not injured, as reported by the City of Houston.
Authorities are investigating a fatal accident on a busy Houston road. The cause is under review, and the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will release the identity of the deceased after notifying their family, as stated by the City of Houston.
