A habitual offender found himself once again in handcuffs as Constable deputies in Harris County halted a vehicle swerving on FM 1960 Road, arresting Exzavier Daniels on suspicion of intoxicated driving last Saturday. According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies observed several signs of Daniels' intoxication before subjecting him to a series of sobriety tests, which he evidently failed, leading to his detention.
Facing the potential of his third strike for similar offenses, Daniels, whose earlier convictions for driving while intoxicated were uncovered during the investigation, had his condition further scrutinized through a blood sample – intended to detail his blood alcohol content. "Exzavier Daniels was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 184th District Court," remarked Constable Mark Herman, as per the Precinct 4 Facebook post.
