The community is joining forces with law enforcement in a widespread effort to find Robin Galvez, a 33-year-old missing adult with intellectual disabilities, who was last seen wearing an orange shirt with white "Levi" lettering, jeans, and black boots in the vicinity of Karlanda Lane yesterday afternoon.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Galvez was reported missing around 4:00 PM from the 19900 block of Karlanda Lane, with little information available beyond his last known clothing. In a Facebook post, authorities called on the public to be on the lookout and share any information that might lead to his safe return.
The Harris County Constable Office also took this opportunity to promote their "C4 NOW" mobile app, a tool designed to keep residents informed about live incidents such as crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic accidents.
