Last Saturday, constables investigated reports of stolen tailgates in the 7600 block of Bronze Trail Drive. Their investigation led them to the 17700 block of Kerrybrook Lane, where they found Keshawn Mathes and Jacob Martin trying to load another tailgate into a black 4-door sedan, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Constable deputies quickly responded and stopped the suspects’ vehicle, recovering four stolen tailgate components. Keshawn Mathes, who has a history of felony theft and was on probation, and his companion, Jacob Martin, were taken into custody. “Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft,” as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
