Last Friday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office in Harris County responded to a vehicle crash on the 25800 block of Northwest Freeway, which led to an unexpected arrest. During the investigation, one of the drivers, Tuan Truong, was found to have an outstanding larceny warrant from Brazoria County, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Upon discovering the warrant, deputies took the necessary steps to detain Truong, turning a routine traffic incident into a criminal matter. Constable Mark Herman confirmed the arrest on the Precinct 4 Facebook page, stating, "Tuan Truong was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant," as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Troung's bond and court dates have not been set. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, residents can access crime, arrest, safety, and traffic updates via the "C4 NOW" app or the constable's social media, with live feeds and updates provided by Constable Herman's office.
