Deputies in Harris County arrested Elton Hubbard during a traffic stop on the 24500 block of Cypresswood Drive after he showed signs of intoxication. According to the Harris County Constable's Office Facebook post, Hubbard failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was taken into custody.
Constable Mark Herman stated that Hubbard was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12.
