Constable Mark Herman said Walter showed "multiple signs of intoxication," which led to a series of sobriety tests confirming his condition, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
After the tests, Justin Walter was taken into custody for his actions on the road. "Justin Walter was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated," with his bond set at $100 in County Court 10, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
