
Local law enforcement in Harris County arrested a suspect on animal abandonment charges after deputies responded on Monday to reports of three dogs left inside a kennel at a property gate in the 3225 block of Hirschfield Road. The Constable Mark Herman’s Office publicly identified the suspect as Saniel Bermudez-San Jorge, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
“Saniel Bermudez-San Jorge was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Animal Abandonment,” stated Constable Mark Herman. Prosecutors with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office have reviewed and accepted the case, while bond and court details remain pending, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, an arrest was made in an animal cruelty case and it is being handled.
