A traffic stop by a deputy from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 led to the arrest of Joshua Slaven for Driving While Intoxicated in Harris County. The stop happened last Wednesday in the 19100 block of Sorrell Ridge. A Facebook post from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 states that Slaven refused to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and declined to provide a breath or blood sample.
"Joshua Slaven was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated," the post from Constable Mark Herman stated. Bond for Slaven was set at $100 by County Court 12, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Impaired driving is a serious issue, and deputies in Constable Herman's office arrest drivers under the influence.
