
Filiberto Ruiz was stopped and arrested for driving while intoxicated, marking his third offense. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped him on the 13500 block of Kuykendahl Road after noticing signs of intoxication. A breathalyzer test later showed a blood alcohol level of 0.152, nearly twice the legal limit, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Filiberto Ruiz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense," deputies said. He was given a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests that confirmed his intoxication. His bond was set at $20,000 by the 183rd District Court, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
