
The Hawai‘i Island Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Kelii Nobriga, who was reported missing as a runaway. He was last seen last Friday near Kea'au Bypass Road, wearing a black windbreaker jacket and gray sweatpants, according to the Hawaiʻi Police Department.
Nobriga is of Hawaiian and Filipino descent, with a light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes, a thin frame, and stands about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to help locate him, as reported by the Hawaiʻi Police Department.
Kelii Nobriga, a juvenile, is missing on Hawai‘i Island. Police have not reported any foul play. Anyone with information about his location should call the Hawai‘i Police Department non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, as stated by the Hawaiʻi Police Department.
