Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a driver last Saturday in the 18400 block of Eagle Springs Parkway in the Houston area after noticing signs of intoxication. The driver, identified as Jalen Howard, failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and deputies reported he became uncooperative and threatened them, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
A Facebook post by Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated that "Jalen Howard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated." The traffic stop ended with his arrest after the threats he made toward law enforcement during the detention.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Howard’s bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12. The page also promotes the “C4 NOW” mobile app for crime and safety updates. The case involved an intoxicated driving stop, and deputies handled the situation without further escalation.
