According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Constable Herman is requesting public assistance in a retail theft case involving stolen beauty products, with the suspects still at large. "If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement and refer to case #2510-04194," the post states. The Constable’s Office is also promoting its mobile app, “C4 NOW,” for updates on local crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents, and has established a confidential tip line at 281-376-3472 for those with relevant information.
