
An incident at a McDonald’s on the 100 block of E. Richey Road on Wednesday involved an intoxicated man causing a disturbance over pickles on his burger. Tyrone Lewis, a previously convicted felon, refused to leave and resisted deputies, prompting a deputy to deploy a Taser, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
“Tyrone Lewis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 01,” as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The incident shows how a minor complaint escalated into a legal confrontation requiring law enforcement intervention.
