Following the discovery, "Cesar Romero was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail, where he was booked for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $5,100.00 out of Courts 011 and 495," as stated by Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
