The perpetrators, one sporting sunglasses and the other a black cap, were caught on camera browsing and stacking shoe boxes. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office humorously noted the quantity of shoes taken, acknowledging the pair's two feet each and the mystery surrounding their need to casually take away such a volume of footwear. Interested parties with any information on the "sole-mates" may be looking to possibly receive a financial reward if their tip leads to an arrest. The Sheriff's Office has issued a call to action, urging anyone who recognizes the individuals to get in touch.

"You, in the sunglasses, floated through the aisles stacking boxes like you were building your own haunted closet.
