The City of Las Vegas has announced the availability of approximately $3.5 million in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Account for Affordable Housing funds to support the development of affordable housing. According to the City of Las Vegas News release, the funding aims to assist projects that provide housing for low-income residents.

Eligible projects include new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, or rehabilitation of multi-family housing. The grants will serve as gap funding to complement other financial sources such as low-income housing tax credits, private activity bonds, or private financing.

Developers have until 3 p.m. PST on January 15, 2026, to submit their completed HOME applications.

For questions about the application process, developers may contact Colleen Duewiger at 702-229-5276 or [email protected]. Individuals with disabilities who need special accommodations or an interpreter are advised to call 702-229-2330 or TTY 711 at least 48 hours before any scheduled meeting.
