A collision last night in Las Vegas has left a driver with life-threatening injuries and led to a DUI arrest after a sedan crashed into a Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) bus. The incident involved a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix which, according to police statements made to News 3 LV, rear-ended the bus at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Road near a bus stop.

The bus, per police reports, was stationary and taking on board passengers when it was struck by the vehicle resulting in smoke emanating from the bus. The driver of the sedan, identified as Aysia Craig Driscoll, 28, from Las Vegas, was rushed to University Medical Center with significant injuries. Investigation into the crash by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police also suggested signs of impairment in Craig Driscoll, who they say was "arrested for DUI-related charges," as noted by FOX5 Vegas.

In addition to the driver's injuries, three passengers from the bus were also hospitalized, though with reports of minor injuries. The condition of Craig Driscoll has made it unclear what specific charges she faces or when she might appear in court. As of the last reports, she has not been booked in absentia at the Clark County Detention Center.
