For over two decades, Laserglow Technologies has been a player in the safety industry, crafting solutions and products that have marked its brand. Now, with a $1.225 million investment earmarked for the Sterling Heights facility, the company is set to roll out its welcome mat to 16 new employees. It taps into the local talent pool with a hand from Macomb Community College and Michigan Works!, where workforce training programs are expected to give these hires the cutting-edge skills Laserglow's operation demands. The community's educational institutions and professional training entities are thus integral to staffing the venture, asserts the company.
