On Monday, deputies responded to a call on the 19700 block of the North Freeway after a driver was found asleep at the wheel. Constable Mark Herman's Office reported that the driver, identified as Chad Oberhammer, displayed clear signs of intoxication and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Chad Oberhammer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 6," Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported. The details of the incident were released over the weekend via Precinct 4's Facebook page.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the office is addressing a recent DWI charge and is reminding residents to report any suspected impaired driving.
