The mayor didn’t shy away from reviewing Fort Worth’s economic pulse, boasting $6.7 billion injected through new capital investments and nearly 7,000 jobs created in the 2025 fiscal year alone, fortifying sectors from advanced manufacturing to healthcare and, notably, film and entertainment which has generated over $1 billion in economic impact since 2015, Parker highlighted these sectors' growth crediting the city's robust incentive programs and collaborations with entities like the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
