As per the Montgomery County Department of Police release, he is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Details about his clothing were not provided. He was last seen around 5 a.m. on October 18 in the 8300 block of Barron Street in Silver Spring.
