According to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Facebook post, the park was filled with families enjoying bounce houses, food trucks, and conversations with local law enforcement.
Lieutenant Graham and Captain Cornish, along with Deputies Kallos, Karraker, and Ratcliffe, provided safety reminders focused on preventing crimes of opportunity. Lieutenant Graham advised residents to take simple precautions such as locking doors and removing valuables from vehicles.
The event highlighted the partnership between residents and law enforcement in maintaining safety and building stronger community relationships.
