The North Ridgeville Police Department is seeking the help of the public in locating 67-year-old Michael Conway, whose whereabouts have been unknown since last Wednesday, October 8. As reported by the City of North Ridgeville Government's social media post, Conway informed his wife he would be visiting Home Depot around 7 pm and has not been reached since then.
Following his departure, security cameras captured Conway's vehicle in Olmsted Falls, near Columbia, and Cook Road, later placing it at the parking lot of Aloft Hotel on Great Northern Blvd at approximately 7:30 pm. The next day, local authorities found his vehicle abandoned at the parking lot of Butternut Ridge Apartments, also residing on Great Northern Blvd. "While the vehicle was being processed for evidence, Mr. Conway's cell phone was located inside," according to the City of North Ridgeville Government.
The combined efforts of officers from both North Ridgeville and North Olmsted have resulted in an extensive search of adjacent regions, including wooded areas, to no success. Michael Conway remains unlocated and has not made any known contact with friends, family, or associates as of the latest updates.
Authorities are encouraging anyone with information on Conway's location to come forward and assist in the ongoing search.
