The Sheriff’s Office used social media to share information and raise awareness about available resources for victims of domestic violence. The Clay County Sheriff's Office posted, “Together, we save and change lives each and every day,” in reference to ongoing collaborative efforts to address domestic violence. The message also provides information for survivors, including those among the 7,200 already served and others who have not yet sought assistance, encouraging them to contact available resources.

In St. Johns County, the Betty Griffin Center Hotline is available at (904) 824-1555, and Nassau County residents can call the Micah’s Place Hotline at (904) 225-9979. Each center offers access to support services within its respective area.
