
The NYPD Crimestoppers are currently seeking information related to an assault and robbery that occurred in Queens, as they launched an appeal to the public for assistance today. According to their social media post, the incident took place on the evening of September 14, inside Kissena Park, which lies opposite of 46-21 Colden Street. A 23-year-old man was reportedly attacked by three unidentified persons who assaulted him before stealing his iPhone 13.
Authorities say the victim endured multiple kicks and punches during the altercation. The violent encounter happened at around 9:20 p.m., however, the suspects remain at large, and officials are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The NYPD has asked the public to direct message @nypdtips or to phone their hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) if they have any information that might lead to identifying and apprehending the culprits.
