An Oklahoma woman, Victoria Vincenza Dill, 31, has been indicted by the Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury for allegedly voting twice in the November 2024 general election. She faces a felony charge of illegal voting, which carries a potential sentence of up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.
According to Oklahoma Attorney General's Office release, Dill allegedly voted in person in Oklahoma County and also submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County on the same day. The alleged double voting occurred during an election that included races from the presidency to state questions.
Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond emphasized the seriousness of the case, stating that his office will continue to investigate and prosecute violations of the state’s election laws.
At this stage, the indictment serves only as a formal accusation, and Dill remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
