Lamar was last seen at his home on the 2600 block of North 18th Street last Saturday, around 4:30 p.m. The police have been unable to locate him since he left his residence.
Lamar is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a weight of approximately 145 pounds. Reports suggest he may be frequently visiting the 200 block of West Fisher Avenue, which lies within the 35th District. The authorities are urging anyone with the ability to provide details on Lamar's whereabouts to swiftly come forward.
