The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 13-year-old boy, Sa’yir Doughty, who was last seen on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. on the 5500 block of North Hillcreek Drive in the city’s 2nd District.
According to Philadelphia Police Department, Sa’yir is described as 5’1″ tall, weighing about 110 pounds, with a thin build, brown eyes, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black mask, black hoodie, black pants, and white and silver shoes. He is known to frequent the area of 11th and Poplar Street.
