Residents of Placer County are invited to the 2nd Annual Loomis Public Safety Fair this Saturday. According to a Placer County Sheriff’s Office's Facebook post, the event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Loomis Train Depot.
The fair is a joint effort between the Placer County Sheriff’s Office and the South Placer Fire District. Attendees can explore public safety vehicles and specialized units while meeting local deputies and firefighters. The Sheriff’s Office’s Evidence Unit will also provide Child Fingerprinting ID Kits as part of family safety education activities.
The event will proceed rain or shine and will feature giveaways, live demonstrations, and photo opportunities. Organizers encourage families to attend and learn more about public safety in their community.
