An early morning blaze in Las Vegas has hospitalized two individuals after a mobile home within the West Valley Mobile Home Park caught fire yesterday. The Clark County Fire Department answered the call of emergency shortly before 1 a.m., facing heavy flames upon arrival at the scene near Tropicana Avenue and Torrey Pines Drive in the southwest part of the city, as reported by Fox5 Vegas.
Despite the intense situation, the fire was extinguished in under 10 minutes. However, two occupants of the single-wide mobile home suffered from smoke inhalation and were subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment, as noted by 8 News Now. The inferno prompted a robust response from the Clark County Fire Department, which included four engines, one truck, two rescues, two battalion chiefs, one heavy rescue, and one EMS captain, with a total of 31 personnel battling the flames.
As of now, the cause of the fire is still under investigation by authorities, with no immediate indications leading to a conclusion. Both individuals involved have not been named and their current conditions post-hospitilization have not been made public at this time.
