The Roseville Volleyball team partnered with the Placer County Sheriff’s Office for their annual “Dig Pink” game to support breast cancer awareness. According to a Placer County Sheriff's Office's Facebook post, the event raised $971 through a bake sale and raffle, with all proceeds going to the Placer County Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Placer County Sheriff's Office also reminded the public that their Pink Patches are available for purchase through Friday next week, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the same foundation. Patches can be picked up in Loomis and Auburn or ordered online.

More information on purchasing patches and contributing to the cause is available on the Placer County Breast Cancer Foundation’s website.
