During a routine traffic stop in northwest Harris County, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office made an unexpected discovery. The incident occurred in the 12200 block of Jones Road and involved a driver identified as Jeremiah Moore.
While carrying out their duties, deputies determined that Moore had an active felony warrant for Burglary of Habitation out of Fort Bend County, according to a social media post by the Precinct 4. The discovery turned a routine traffic stop into a warranted arrest.
Deputies identified and addressed the warrant through standard enforcement procedures. "Jeremiah Moore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for his outstanding warrant," Constable Herman stated in an official release.
The Constable's Office encouraged the public to stay informed through the precinct's mobile application, "C4 NOW," which offers live updates on various community concerns, including crime reports, safety tips, and traffic accidents.
