According to a Sacramento Police Department's Facebook post, she was last seen yesterday around 1:45 p.m. near the 4700 block of Elvas Avenue.
Betty is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 113 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen Betty or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Sacramento Police Department immediately. Authorities emphasize the importance of timely information in safely locating missing at-risk individuals.
