Residents handling tax or water account inquiries can now skip long lines through a new online kiosk system. Users can access the Department of Revenue's interactive kiosks, click the "Get started" button, and follow the steps to connect with a representative, according to the City of Philadelphia.
The system also offers the option to request a callback for added convenience. As noted in the city's announcement, "You can request a callback from anywhere. No need to travel to Center City," helping citizens save time and avoid unnecessary trips, as reported by the City of Philadelphia.
Residents can now request city services online by choosing a service and selecting either a waitlist or an appointment. They must provide their name and phone number for callbacks or include the appointment date and time for in-person visits. The City of Philadelphia will return calls within 24 hours.
