Seven individuals, including five teenagers and two adults, have been charged in relation to an assault near the Maryland State Fair, an incident that was partially captured on video. According to WMAR2 News, the attack took place on August 30 at the Timonium Fairgrounds, and the suspects quickly fled the scene after the altercation.

Baltimore County Police told FOX Baltimore that they responded to reports of an assault at around 8:30 p.m. on the 2200 block of York Road in Timonium. All five juveniles, four 14-year-olds and one 15-year-old, together with two adults, 33-year-old Melika Gamble-Thomas and 37-year-old Tiera Gamble, were charged. Police indicated that the adults were taken into custody on open warrants. The incident began at the fairgrounds and ended in a nearby parking lot, with officers stationed at the fair's main gate immediately responding.

A disturbing aftermath of the fight, involving a 16-year-old girl dragged and beaten, was captured and shared widely, heightening the concern over the violence. Following the incident, authorities arrested a male juvenile for attempting to, quite ineffectively, assault another juvenile in front of officers. Additionally, a female juvenile was taken into custody for assaulting an auxiliary officer, who sustained minor injuries, as per WMAR2 News.
