Sky River Casino in Elk Grove has opened "Fork on the Road," a food truck–inspired counter inside The Market at Sky River that brings rotating international menus to the casino floor. The new concept debuted this month with a Greek-focused lineup — lamb gyro, chicken souvlaki and spanakopita — and adds another casual option for diners visiting the property.
What Fork on the Road Offers
According to Sky River Casino, the new outpost opened with a Greek menu and lists hours that run about 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and later on weekend nights. The on-site menu page highlights classic items such as lamb gyro and spanakopita and positions the concept as a quick-service stop inside The Market.
Rotating Menus And Themed Experience
Industry coverage says the food theme will change roughly every 60 days so guests can try a different country's flavors and matching décor each rotation. Michael J. Facenda, the casino's president, framed the move as part of Sky River's effort to expand its international dining options, as reported by Indian Gaming, and local morning show Good Day Sacramento ran a video segment on the debut.
Where It Fits On The Property
Fork on the Road joins a growing dining roster at Sky River; industry reports note the property now supports roughly 18 restaurants, bars and lounges and is moving ahead with broader expansion plans. The Wilton Rancheria — the tribe that owns Sky River — has outlined projects including a new parking structure and a future hotel that organizers say will further expand dining and entertainment options, according to ConventionSouthwest.

The venue is located at 1 Sky River Parkway in Elk Grove and current hours and menus are posted on the casino's dining page; menus will be updated as each rotation begins.
